We lose two hours of life for every hour we sit, Dr. James Levine, a professor of medicine at the Mayo Clinic, writes in his book “Get up!” Let Motion incent you to get up frequently for brief walks every day.

UnitedHealthcare Motion gives you the opportunity to earn over $1,000 per plan year for out-of-pocket medical expenses by doing more of what you may already do: walk. You can earn for one, two, or all three goals each day. Earnings are deposited quarterly into an HRA or HSA, as applicable.
HEALTH APP DATA
With your permission, UHC Motion app reads data from the Health App specific to your workout or exercise activities for the day. Our app uses this data to provide you with additional options to achieve your health and wellness goals.
